*All our teachers speak some English, so don’t hesitate to join a Spanish class even if your language isn’t so advanced!
Guide to our class levels:
Level 1: gentle classes, perfect for those who are starting their Yoga practice (beginners) or anyone looking to relax.
Level 2: energetic classes for students who have already begun their Yoga practice and who would like to advance further.
Level 3: classes with more movement for students who have an active and regular practice; the postures may be more challenging. **Please Note: this is not an advanced class, simply more energetic than levels one and two.

Prices:
Single class: 35.000 pesos colombianos
4-class pass (lasts one month): 100.000 pesos colombianos
8-class pass (lasts one month): 170.000 pesos colombianos
Unlimited month pass: 210.000 pesos colombianos
Important information about passes:
Once you use your first class, you have one month to use the remainder of the classes on your pass
If for some reason of “force majeure” (such as illness or travel) you cannot take the classes on your pass, let us know so we can freeze it and you can use it later
IMPORTANT: remember that if you start your pass and need to FREEZE it, you must do so immediately, because if you stop attending without prior notice and your pass expires within that time, you will not be able to use it later
Please remember that your pass can only be frozen ONCE for a maximum of 60 days
Passes cannot be shared between various people

Level 1
Yin Yoga is a deep and calming practice that focuses on gentle stretching, conscious breathing, and mental relaxation. By immersing ourselves in sustained stretches for several minutes, we seek to positively stress the body, releasing built-up tension and promoting flexibility.
The focus is on breathing, to guide the mind towards calm, allowing for a deep connection between body and mind. Over time, practitioners experience greater flexibility, relaxation, and overall well-being, progressively deepening their practice.

A space to inhabit both body and soul through the Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga.
Each session is an exploration inspired by a theme and a quality of the heart, guiding us to connect with our deeper essence.
Through practice and small rituals of presence, we awaken joy and wholeness that expand beyond the mat, accompanying us in daily life.

A relaxing and conscious practice that invites us to connect with our own being. In each class we integrate aromatherapy, sounds and affirmations that help to deepen the experience, creating a space of introspection and presence. Each class is woven around a different theme that opens the door to reflect and reconnect with your inner world.
Through prop-held postures that make the practice more body-friendly, and supported by pranayamas and mudras, we embrace the here and now with calm and acceptance.
Yoga & Essence is an inward journey, a reminder that by quieting the mind and listening to the breath, we can return to the most authentic part of ourselves. You will leave with a sense of peace, clarity, and deep connection to your essence.

A gentle, mindful, and loving practice that invites you to release effort, rest deeply, and return to the body with kindness. We use props to support the body comfortably, allowing the nervous system to regulate and the mind to find stillness.
Through gentle stretches and conscious breathing, we create a safe space to inhabit the present moment. Ideal for those seeking to release tension, reconnect with themselves, and open to calm from within.
You will leave feeling lighter, at peace, with a calm heart and a clear mind.

This is a gentle, loving and conscious yoga class that takes us on a journey of self-knowledge and self-realization, where conscious movement and breathing are synchronized to allow us to be present and embrace our being.
Corazón y Alma focuses on the work of the physical body through the postures and helps us to gain greater flexibility. Stretches and gentle movements aid us to reach deep states of relaxation. At the same time, the class focuses on the work of subtle bodies such as the mind, emotions and vital energy to find a greater sense of balance.

This practice seeks muscular and mental relaxation through deep muscle stretching. We use props most of the time for support and rest. All postures are directed towards the earth. We also perform simple meditations and breathing exercises that help you focus your attention on the present, allowing the nervous system to calm down.

A fluid and rhythmic practice where conscious movement and breath connect to accompany you through every transition. Ideal for those already experienced in yoga who are looking for a practice that challenges them with kindness.
You'll leave with a more alive body, a clearer mind, and breath as an anchor to return to yourself.

"Vinyasa" means "to place in a special way" and refers to the conscious union between breath and movement.
In this class you are invited to develop a closer association with and control of your breath, while moving your body in a dynamic and at times challenging way. You will raise the heat of your body while calming and integrating the mind.

Level 3
To start your day with energy and a smile, we invite you to join us for Yoga Flow. It's a fun and fast-paced class where we explore the limits of our practice. We prepare the body through a fluid sequence to warm up the muscles and joints and culminate in a peak pose - an arm balance, inverted pose or something challenging. You can find your beneficial limits, rest whenever you want, and adapt the poses to your own needs. You'll leave with a feeling of well-being and a positive attitude to carry on with your morning!

An active yoga class focused on conscious alignment, inviting you to connect with your physical body through the Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga.
Each class builds toward a peak pose that challenges your practice and inspires you to expand and grow from within.
Beyond the physical, this class encourages self-knowledge and awareness, opening the door to a process of deep transformation.
Andrea will guide you on a journey of heart and mind expansion, allowing you to experience joy and wholeness—both on the mat and in your everyday life.

In this class students are invited to explore the alignment of the body through the Universal Principles of Alignment and awaken the wisdom of the heart through different teachings and qualities that are developed in each session. Anusara invites conscious play and sharing in Community (kula) to grow together and connect with the joy of living.
